Meeting was called to Order by Mayor Kortni Sandridge @ 5:01 PM.

Doe Run – Requisition #3 was presented for approval. Jim Musgrave made motion to approve. James Brannam seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
Draw Request – Requisition #53 was presented for approval. Theresa Knight made motions to approve. Donnie Dotson seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
Emergency Fund Grant Update – No update on status
CEC – Doe Run – Project is progressing nicely.
CEC – Plant Upgrade and line upgrades/water loss – Consolidation on water plant has been closed. Steps to move forward on construction will begin.
Old Business
Angela Aquilina-Jones – Sidewalk and concerns – Not present – Jim Musgrave made motion to table. Theresa Knight seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
New Business
Armstrong Representative – Jordan Lanham – New Phone System – Not present. Jim Musgrave made motion to table. Theresa Knight seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.

Water Meter Testing Certification Raise
Council went into Executive Session at 5:48 PM to discuss Employee on the Agenda and raises. Council returned to Regular Session at 6:13 PM.
Motion was made by Jim Musgrave to approve 6.5% COLA raise. James Brannam seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
Motion was made by Jim Musgrave to approve $1.00 per hour raise for employees that were certified for meter testing in January 2023. Donnie Dotson seconded the motion. Unanimous approval
