Personnel
A. Superintendent Action/Discussion
Motion to appoint Mr. Scott Cochran as the Superintendent of Doddridge County Schools, commencing with a two-year term starting July 1, 2024. Mr. Cochran’s annual salary is set at $135,000.00, payable on a semi-monthly basis for the duration of the first year of his contract. For the second year, his annual salary will remain at $135,000.00 with adjustments made in accordance with state authorized pay raise guidelines, also payable on a semi-monthly basis. Approval for this contract position of county superintendent will commence on July 1, 2024 pursuant to WV Code 18-4-1.
