The meeting was called to order by President Burnside at 5:00 p.m.
The Invocation was led by Superintendent Cheeseman.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Justin Holtz.

Superintendent’s Update
Superintendent Cheeseman Informed the Board the February Newsletter has been released, highlighting attendance, February 19th will be a Professional Learning Day (no students in attendance) for staff testing training, and the WVSSAC Appeal Day has been scheduled for February 22nd,
