Meeting

The County Commission me at the Courthouse in West Union, West Virginia, in regular session and the following business was transacted. Present: Shawn Glaspell, President, Clinton Means and Ronnie Tavis Commissioners, Randee Britton Executive Assistance, and Lorena Catee Slater, Count Clerk was present for the meeting.
Commission Means made motion to approve minutes to previous meeting it was seconded, and motion carried.
There were no Public Comments
New Business: Jason Graser- Presentation for Edward Jones Services- Talked about all the services that’s available in the Money market.
Eric Ashcraft, Central Communication 911 – Simulcast System and Milers Communication Issue.
Many issues and complaints from the Fireman and 911 – Communication is not clear hard to hear what is being said and getting direction etc. – Kenwood will be back on the 16th of January with updates – West Union, Smithburg radios and receivers. Pagers is bad. Communications must be fixed.
Consideration of Renewal of Sonicwall Network Firewall for Network Protection and Internet Security Management – Motion Seconded – Motion Carried

Clerk of Works David King – Updated on Annex
Community Correction Day Report gave an update.
There were no Budget Revisions
Commissioner Travis made motion to Exonerations the motion was seconded and carried.
There were no Probate orders.
Nothing further to come before the Commission it is ordered that we do now adjourn.
