Is Rambl’N Ron’s a Public Nuisance?

This is a question naturally occurred to me as it might have occurred to you? My friend and I were walking down Main Street this last Saturday. We were returning from a hike along the Rail Trail, enjoying the balmy weather as many residents like to do from time to time. We were on the opposite side of the street as two young men, I’d never seen before, spilled out of Rambl’n Ron’s onto the sidewalk. Both broke into loud, boisterous laughter as they stumbled over to a giant truck parked in front of the bar. One, who was going to attempt to drive the thing saw us on the other side of the street and hailed his ‘buddy’, “Look, it’s the Di** and the Wh***. As I said previously, I’d never met these two young men before, but considering the state they were in they were probably doing well to recognize the fact I’m male and my friend female. Let’s hope they made it home, or wherever they were going.

But what constitutes a public nuisance? Is it when people are liquored up enough to loosen all sense of common decorum and assail perfect strangers on the street with their ‘clever’ insults? Is it when people are liquored up enough, they have a hard time climbing into the driver’s seat of their monster truck? One wonders. How the ‘business climate’ of downtown West Union is improved by this kind of public display. Has this happened to others, who don’t bother to write about it, but are more inclined to just avoid Main Street all together?

Does West Union even have a Public Nuisance ordinance? Perhaps our Mayor and Town council ought to look into such a thing. I can’t imagine the Chamber would want to encourage this kind of behavior either. How many bars does out short Main Street need anyway? I never notice this kind of rudeness emanation from the Back When. Many towns have ordinances that don’t allow another bar within so many feet… or blocks. Do we? Is Rambl’n Ron’s already in violation? As usual, I have more question than answers. I’ll leave it to our elected representatives to come up with an answer to this problem.

Dear Editor,

I tried to watch the State of the Union address. I couldn’t finish it.

Biden said he created 6.5 million jobs. He tore down more jobs than creating. 6.5 million people went back to work at existing jobs.

He claimed the economy grew. Baloney! The economy could only get better after killing the energy development for natural gas and oil and his mandates.

He shut down jobs. Michigan 5 pipeline shutdown, Keystone XL pipeline, drilling on public lands. These are not positive activities. But, he in his whimsical world, sees a win. I still wonder what color the sky is in his world.

Pelosi and Schumer smiled at the lies and ate them up. You would have thought Pelosi would have torn the transcript up for his lies, while on camera. They would lie when the truth fit better. How do these people sleep?

Biden plagiarized Trump’s speech using items like, “lower prescription drug prices”, “Fight crime”, “buy made in America”. These were Trump’s policies. Biden could not muster an idea of his own much less do what’s correct or prudent. (Notice how I didn’t use “right”?)

I wonder, with some the Biden’s underhanded dealings over time and throughout the world, does the Biden’s have an interest in the Russian oil production and distribution? Why would he approve the Russian pipeline, shutdown our energy independence, when Putin attacked Ukraine continue buying Russian oil while hurting his own people? Biden said the U.S. only imports 10 % of its demand from Russia.

Let’s see, 700,000 barrels of Russian oil per day @ $125.00/ barrel equals $87,500,000 per day to support the Russian aggression. What’s Biden’s cut? That’s the equivalent of what he gave the Taliban in Afghanistan in arms and equipment. Ukraine could surely put that wasted equipment to good use.

Well done Sire!

Biden said he is a capitalist! Let’s Go Brandon. Al Capone was a capitalist! As was Boss Tweed! So, Joe, what’s your point? After reading the Boss Tweed biography, should we call the president, Boss Biden?

Why does those three names fit so well together? But I digress.

The night sky was beautiful. Stars everywhere! I looked for Orion, Polaris, the Big Dipper, but found Afghanistan, the economy, the southern border, covid, energy dependency and numerous other Biden blunders over 50 years of political life that could be used to name stars. If so, we may not have enough stars to label using his foul ups.

I just checked the price at the pump for diesel fuel. $4.40 $4.95 per gallon.

That son of a Biden needs to get his donkey in gear soon.

I think we are going to need another star!

When asked about fuel prices and production the Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm laughed at the question! Laughed at the problem! Laughs all the way to the bank because she owns major interest in a battery manufacturing company.

From the internet; “Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., responded to U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm laughing when asked about rising gas prices and energy independence, saying the issue is “no laughing matter” on “Mornings with Maria” Friday.” This interview was in 2021.

Today, March 4, 2022, the heartless uncaring cow, again laughed at our Biden’s manufactured petroleum shortage.

Also this date, Biden refuses to cut off the Russian oil.

“Let’s Go Brandon”

The congressional Democrats Senators and Congress has for day’s promoted the domestic oil production and cutting off of Russian oil. Biden is not listening. Biden doesn’t care for us because he believes he doesn’t work for us.

It’s enough to make me to speak fluently in construction worker.

These bracken, fracken, bracken frackers can’t see what we the people need. That sounds better than bleep, bleep, bleeping bleepers!

King Biden has appointed Kamala Harris to take point for the Ukrainian invasion by Russia. How stupid to send someone who can’t stop our invasion of our southern border. Now, King Biden has selected her to lead the diplomacy for a Russian war?

That’s like sending the Joker (Kamala) to negotiate with the Penguin (Putin) against the Batman (Zelensky).

Where is Bruce Wayne when we need him? (Delaware?)

The last thing needed in Europe is the “Queen of Invasion Evasion”. She’s done a bang up job on our border.

Kamala, the “root cause” is a self absorbed a** bent on chaos and mayhem. You get to go again to Europe and shop some more. What a bleeping waste.

Today Kamala, in her woke fake valley girl voice, announced she is promoting her favorite topic, (are you ready?), The electric school bus. Are you kidding! She doesn’t care about anything! Electric school buses are her favorite topics? Not the southern border? She needs to learn to prioritize.

The root cause of the worlds problems today is a lack of common sense and intestinal fortitude. Mr. Biden, why are you not civically minded as President Zelensky. He is a hero!! I agree with him.

You, Sir, are a zero! You obliviously do not like the people of your own country. You are prejudice against us! The U.S. citizens.

So many times I’ve heard the same thing. It’s all over FaceBook. Why are our politicians so concerned with the Ukrainian borders but pay no attention to securing our own?

Really? Let’s Go Brandon!! That fool isn’t listening to us, the people.

He told the United Auto Workers during his campaign in Michigan when he was reminded, HE (Biden) worked for us, HE (Biden) responded with, “No I don’t!” When the auto worker argued with Biden, Biden said the auto worker was full of Sugar, Honey, Iced Tea. (Abbreviate at your convenience).

Anyway, to our military thank you for your service. — To our police, thank you for protecting us. — To our first responders thank you for being ready. — To the medical professionals who train to provide care for our health needs. thank you.
