Doddridge County Schools 5 Year Facilities Plan — Jeff Harvey reviewed possible facilities updates/upgrades to be prioritized for completion, including the DCHS HVAC replacement and DCES playground upgrade.
2021-2022 Budget Work Session — Dan Minney, Chief School Business Official, presented information necessary to prepare the annual budget for the 2021-22 fiscal year.
Doddridge County Schools Partnership Update — Superintendent Cheeseman updated the Board on the status of the private industry partnerships with Triple H Enterprises, City Net, City Mechanical, and Blue Rock Manufacturing. — Motion to recess the meeting until 9:00 a.rn. tomorrow, March 23, 2021. Motion by Laura Cottrill, second by Justin Holtz.

SESSION II 0– Prior to the start of Session II of the Spring Work Session, Superintendent Cheeseman led the group in prayer.
Doddridge County Agriculture Center — Derek Webb and Anthony Baumgardner, representing Triple H Enterprises, were present to update the Board on the status of the Agriculture Center Project and to discuss future improvement plans.
Doddridge County CTE Plan — Ken Heiney, Director of Student Achievement, updated the Board on the CTE Program/Plan for the 2021-22 school term as well as the current classes ongoing at OCHS.
Doddridge County Schools Virtual/College & Career Readiness Plan — Ken Heiney reported on the new Virtual/College & Career Readiness Plan in place for the 2021-22 school term at DCMS and DCHS.
