Doddridge and Ritchie Counties, WV- The West Virginia Division of highways advises motorists of a traffic delay in Doddridge and Ritchie Counties on County Route 19/11. The work area will begin in Doddridge County at Taylor Drain, County Route 19, and continue west into Ritchie County to County Route 9/10, Little White Oak Road. The closure, originally scheduled to be completed on July 10,2020, is now scheduled to last from Wednesday, July 22, 2020, through Tuesday, July 28, 2020. Work will be from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily. The reason for the delay is for paving work. Expect Long Delays.
