Doddridge County, WV –
Beginning Monday, August 15, 2022, motorists on Doddridge County Route 5, Riggins Run, will experience substantial delays at mile post 11.15, 0.44 mile south of the intersection of Riggins urn and WV 23. Work will continue through Friday, September 2, for the construction of a retaining wall. Hours of work will be 7:00pm through 7:00am from Monday, August 15, 2022. Through Friday, August 19, 2022, then change to 7:00am through 7:00pm from Monday, August 22, 2022, through Friday, September 2, 2022. Flagging personnel will be on site, but substantial delays are to be expected. Alternate route is: Riggins Run to County Route 3, Big Flint Road. Motorists are advised to plan and allow additional time for their commute. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
