Doddridge and Ritchie Counties, WV- The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists of a traffic delay in Doddridge and Ritchie Counties on County Route 19/11. The Work area will begin in Doddridge County at Taylor Drain, County Route 19, and continue west into Ritchie County to County Route 9/10, Little White Oak Road. The closure is scheduled to last from Monday, June 29,2020, through Friday, July 10, 2020, from 7:00am to 6:00 pm daily. The reason for the delay is for preparation for paving work. Expect Long Delays.
