Doddridge County is Orange in Color: Doddridge County Schools to Continue Virtual Learning Doddridge County Schools was Orange in Color on the Saturday state school metric map. This means that there is a heightened threat of community transmission of COVID-19 in Doddridge County. Under the Orange category Governor Justice requires that schools suspend in-person schooling and teach virtually. We will continue virtual learning for the week of October 12th through October 16th. Meal delivery will continue Monday and Thursday. Athletic and extra-curricular activities are limited to conditioning only as defined by WVSSAC.Marching band activities must be limited to outdoors only. Instruments permitted only when students are stationary and distanced in pods. We will continue to monitor this situation closely with the Doddridge County Health Department.
