Leslie Lynn Trott
Leslie Lynn Trott, 48 of Salem passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Leslie is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert “Bob” Anderson Trott III whom she married on February 26, 1994.
Leslie was born January, 28 1975 in Clarksburg, daughter of James Walter Todd Sr. and Patricia Rose Kirkpatrick Todd of Salem.
In addition to her parents and husband, Leslie is survived by her three children, Amy Lynne Trott and companion, Robert Duffy, Robert “Bobby” Anderson Trott IV all of Salem, Joshua Dossey and fiancé, Grace Berry of Fairmont; one grandson, Findley Robert Ray Dossey; two siblings, Jamie Anne Todd, Salem, James “Jake” Walter Todd Jr and wife Alyessa of Lost Creek; brother-in-law, Chad Proffer of Clarksburg; two nieces, Kelsey and Samara Dawn; one nephew, Gage; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Leslie is preceded in death by her sister, Carrie Joann Hickman; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Anderson Trott, Jr. and Patricia Ann McCartney Buckingham.
Leslie graduated from Pierpont Community College. She had worked at RES-Care and last for the Harrison County Board of Education as a teacher’s aide. She enjoyed listening to music and her favorite band was “KISS”, reading VC Andrews books and Motley Crue books written by Nikki Sixx, watching Criminal Minds and shopping. Her love was time she spent with her family.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home – Salem, 1999 W. Main Street, Salem, on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 1:00PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 5:00PM.
