Others: Eric Coberly, Sheena Hunt, Alan Westfall and Cathy Trent

Herk Conner made a motion to approve August minutes. Lowell McAfee seconded. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report Lowell McAfee made a motion to approve the treasurer report as presented. Herk Conner seconded. Motion carried.

Farrah and Associates was awarded the Financial Audit for the Doddridge County PSD. Lowell McAfee made a motion to accept, Herk Conner seconded. Motion carried.

Operator’s Update

Alan Westfall gave an update on violations and all of them are taken care of. Flow testing on hydrants has been completed. Alan Westfall stated he has met with the electrician at the booster station about installing the chlorine pump. We are waiting on David Trumbull to get back to Alan Westfall for proper installation.

The Doddridge County PSD brought up to Alan about an estimate on Operator Services as we pick up new customers on the eastern and western sections of the county going forward. He stated he will look into this and let us know what we can expect.

Blandville to West Union Project – Updates and Approvals

Sheena Hunt said she is waiting for approval on Notice of Federal Interest Submission. Once this is taken care of, the Blandville Project can be closed. We are going to lose a 2 inch meter due to the Antero Resources moving office to Greenwood. Jennifer Wilt made a motion to go ahead and pay Stonegate, Lowell McAfee seconded. Motion carried.

Oxford Phase I Project – Updates and Approvals

Eric Coberly stated waiting on Final Paperwork and then the Oxford Project can move forward. Jennifer Wilt made a motion to pay a DEP invoice for $300.00. Lowell McAfee seconded. Motion carried.

Rt 23/Tarkiln Project – Updates and Approvals

Eric Coberly stated Morgan Haymond has completed approval on location for the tank site. Morgan will also speak with the City of Salem about the booster station site since it is on property owned by the Town of Salem..

Oxford Phase II Project – Updates and Approvals

Jennifer Wilt made a motion to change the Blandville Tap Fee Account to Tap Fee Account. Lowell McAfee seconded. Motion carried.
