Doddridge County Park Closed
The Doddridge County Park will be closed to the public beginning Sunday evening, June 4 through Friday evening, June 9, due to Doddridge County 4-H Camp.
Energy Express Begins
Doddridge County Energy Express will begin on Monday, June 12, 2023. Participants should have received information in the mail regarding their enrollment in the program. If you have any questions, please call (304) 873-1801.

Livestock Project News
1. 4-H & FFA ONLINE quality assurance training must be completed by June 30, 2023. The link has been posted to the Facebook account and those requiring training this year should have received information in the mail regarding how to complete it. You are required to complete this training when entering a new age bracket, or participating in a species that you haven’t done before.
2. All 4-H/FFA Livestock project books are due to the Extension Office no later than July 1, 2023. These must be turned in by July 1 for you to participate in the Show & Sale. If you have any questions or need assistance in completing your project book, please call the office at (304) 873-1801.
3. Livestock Check-in will take place on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The first 30 minutes of check-in is for steer projects ONLY. All others may begin checking in at 4:30 p.m. and must arrive before 6:00 p.m.
