As many are aware, COVID has dealt a devastating blow to the Ross Family, with the death of Linda Ross and the illness of John (her husband), Ryan Ross (Son) and George and Sue Ross (Father In Law and Mother In Law).
Through the years the Ross Family have been a huge part of this community, volunteering with 4-H, the schools, emergency squad and fire departments.
A Go Fund Me account has been set up on line and after discussion, the West Union VFD has decided although they would like to hold an in person fundraiser, they felt it would be better (due to the weather and illnesses) to take donations up for the Ross Family through their the Women’s Auxiliary of the West Union VFD.
Donations can be sent to the West Union VFD Women’s Auxiliary at P.O. Box 84, West Union, WV 26456.
Please place a note on your donation indicating that it is for the Ross Family.
