All Doddridge County Citizens who currently have an extra-curricular pass will have the opportunity to renew their cards at any home football game beginning 2 hours prior to the start through half-time. This will be available at the first four (4) home football games. A station will be set up near the ticket booth for citizens to stop by and renew their cards. This is for renewals only (citizens who already have an extra-curricular pass). Old passes should be brought to the station for a renewal sticker. Yearly updates can also be made by mailing old extra-curricular passes to: Faith Ball, Doddridge County High School, 79 Bulldog Drive, West Union, WV 26456. Please be sure to include a return address along with your pass.
For Doddridge County Citizens who need an extra-curricular pass or a reprint of their card, an Extra-Curricular Form, located on the county-site, will need to be completed. You can find the form located at our website at: www.dcschools.us. Click on the Board of Education tab and the form is on the right hand-side under Resources. A picture is required for the extra-curricular pass and should be emailed to [email protected] after completing the form. Pictures must be in JPEG format, in color and the applicant should not have a hat or sunglasses on. Copies of driver’s license are not acceptable. Once the pass is complete an email will be sent notifying the applicant of completion. Completed cards can be picked up at the next home football game or at the Doddridge County Board of Education after receiving the email.
