6. Reports — Superintendent’s Update — Superintendent Cheeseman informed the Board of Doddridge County Schools’ recent
third place ranking behind Monongalia and Ohio Counties as Best School District in WV and Best Teachers in WV, as well as first place for Best Teachers in WV according to Niche.com,
a social media outlet. He reviewed the re-entry plans for the individual schools when in person instruction begins January 19th. There was a discussion concerning extension of the COVID leave through the end of the school for staff.
