Pursuant to Chapter 11, Article 3, Section 24 of the WVF Code as amended, notice is hereby given that the DODDRIDGE COUNTY COMMISSION will be in session at the Courthouse of said County on the following dates and times for the purpose of review and equalizing the assessments of said County as returned by the Assessor thereof:
Friday, January 29, 2021 — 4:00 P.M.
Tuesday, February 2, 2021 — 10:00 A.M. ( Mineral Hearings)
Monday, February 8, 2021 — 4:00 P.M.
Friday, February 12, 2021– 4:00 P.M.
Tuesday, February 16, 2021 — 7:00 P.M.
Monday, February 22, 2021– 4:00 P.M.
Persons wishing to appear before the County Commission as a Board of Review and Equalization should call the Doddridge County Clerk’s Office at (304) 873- 2631, weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to make an appointment.
The land and personal property books of said County for the current year will be open for inspection. The Commission will correct all errors in the name of persons, in the description and valuation of property, and cause to be done whatever else may be necessary to make the classification of taxability be considered or reviewed.
If any person fails to apply for relief at these sessions, he shall have waived his right to ask for corrections in his assessment for the current year, and shall not thereafter be permitted to question the corrections of his list as finally fixed by the Commission, except an appeal to the Circuit Court.
