Doddridge County Starting Points is once again partnering with Rev. Denver Burnside and The Father’s Hand to provide warm winter clothing for Doddridge County children. These items are being provided by donations from organizations and business throughout Doddridge County. We are in need of information regarding children who are in need of coats, boots, socks, and other warm winter gear. If you need assistance, please contact us with the following information: your name and telephone number, names and ages of the children, what grade they are in, and the size coats and shoes the children need. Please call us at 304-873-3500 or 304-666-1100 with the information, and feel free to leave a message after business hours. We need to have this information by November 16th, so the winter clothing can be purchased and appointments made to distribute it before Christmas. Please help us make winter a little less cold for your children. Thank you.

The Doddridge County Starting Points Center is once again partnering with Rev. Denver Burnside and The Father’s Hand to provide winter clothing for children in our community. Last Christmas, you helped over 120 children and their family members with these necessities, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Even though the local economy has shown some improvement, there are still numerous families in our county that just do not have the ability to purchase these items for themselves. We are asking for your assistance in providing for these families, now that the days are becoming chilly in the mornings and evenings. Can you please help by giving whatever amount of money you can spare? All funds will be used to purchase winter wear, shoes, boots, and warm socks.
