Dear Editor,
With much regret, the Veterans were unable to hold the Annual Memorial Day Rememberance due to the restrictions of COVID -19.
Although the service wasn’t held, I would like to thank Patricia Harris , President of the Doddridge County Historical Society, J & J Flowers and The Herald Record for taking actions the best they could in Rememberance of those who gave their lives for this Country.
