Meeting was called to Order by Mayor Kortni Sandridge @ 10:04 A.M.
Present: Mayor Kortni Sandridge. Council Members: James Brannam, James Musgrave, Isaac Richards.
Guests: None
Prayer: A moment of silence was observed.
Pledge: Led by Mayor Sandridge
New Business:
Gum Run Agreement – The Line Extension Agreement was reviewed and the right of way section was discussed. Jim Musgrave made motion to approve the Agreement. Isaac Richards seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.Ryan Haws with CEC will be contacted to make sure that the meter is set along the road and is accessible if we continue to service and for him to find out if Antero is going to purchase the meter or is the Town.
Army Corp of Engineers Agreement – The Ordinance, Letter of Intent and Financial Self Certification were reviewed. Jim Musgrave made motion to approve all. Isaac Richards seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
