Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM — There was no one in attendance for the Public Forum.
The regular meeting was called to Order by President Burnside at 5:00 p.m.
The Invocation was led by Chad Evans.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Rachel Wiseman, DCMS Student.
Motion by Laura Cottrill, second by Chad Evans. to approve the agenda.

DCMS Leo Club — The DCMS Leo Club and Lisa Stemple, Leo Club Advisor, were recognized for their community service projects. President, Ella Powers, and Vice President, Rachel Wiseman, provided a Power Point presentations OF the year’s activities.
DCMS History Bowl Team — The DCMS History Bowl Team and their advisor, Renee Brown, were recognized for their participation in the West Virginia History Bowl State Competition.
Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council — Members of the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council were recognized and given commemorative plaques.
There were no delegations.
Superintendent Cheeseman announced the summer school dates for 2023 to be June 12 July 21 and reminded the board members Senior Graduation will be Sunday, May 21st. He also announced the Superintendent Evaluation Packets are available, to be returned by the next board meeting, June 1st.
