Bonnie Belle Nay
Bonnie Belle Nay, 90, of West Union, WV, passed peacefully in her home, Thursday, May 25, 2023, surrounded by her loving daughters.
She was born April 20th, 1933 in West Union, WV, a daughter of the late William and Lena
(Prunty) Booher.
Bonnie graduated from Doddridge County High School with the class of 1952. She was a homemaker and loved being with her kids and family. She attended the West Union Church of Christ for several years. Bonnie enjoyed cooking, long walks, gardening, canning, shopping, going to yard sales and Thanksgiving in October.
She is survived by her loving children, Susan Lynette Bucek, Cynthia Jean Renshaw, Christina Kay Pratt, Tammy Diane Miller, Melissa Dawn James, Regina Louise Berger, and Timothy James Lasure; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 3 puppies she loved dearly, Ryan, Tater, and Mouse.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her children, Elizabeth Ann Butler, Lorrena Rae Richards, and Edward Lee Lasure; first husband, James Leo Lasure ; and second husband Jackson Nay
In accordance to Bonnie’s wishes her services will be private. McCullough Rogers Funeral Home in Pennsboro, WV will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
