Tracie Dawn Simmons
Pullman, WV, departed this life Thursday, March 17, 2023, at her residence.
She was born September 9, 1968, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of Richard Lee Goff and the late Patricia Kay (Collins) Goff.
Tracie was part of the first class to graduate from Ritchie County High School in 1987. She worked as a manager for the Family Dollar for 16 years. She enjoyed all things outside, including riding 4 wheelers when she had the time. She loved all animals and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Slathiel “Buddy” Simmons; daughter, Randie Thompson (Nathan) of Waverly, WV; son, Ethan Simmons (Shawnta) of Pullman, WV; grandchildren, Alyssa Thompson, Vincent Thompson, Coleson Simmons, and Thayer Blizzard; sisters, Kim Reed and Amanda Goff, both of Harrisville, WV; brother, Kevin Goff of Pullman, WV; niece, Hunter Reed; nephews, Brady Reed, and Kody Goff; and special friends, Athena Wood and Sandy Clevenger.
According to Tracie’s wishes she will be cremated. Raiguel Funeral Home in Harrisville, WV is assisting the family with the arrangements.
