Kimberly Ann Freeland

Kimberly Ann Freeland, 59, of Pennsboro, WV departed this life on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at WVU Medicine, Camden Clark in Parkersburg, WV.

Kim was born July 2, 1963 in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Harry and Sandra Jo (Cunningham) Freeland. She was currently working for ECM as a pilot/flagger and has spent many years working in the oilfield industry.  Kim also worked many years as a CNA and greatly enjoyed her time working for the Doddridge County State Road.  Most of all, Kim enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Brandy Deem of Pennsboro, WV and Erica Deem (George) of Pennsboro, WV; grandsons, Austin Dalton, Logan Dalton, Blake Dalton; great granddaughter, Adalynn Dalton, along with her sister, Karen Parker of Pennsboro, WV.

Funeral services will be 11am, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the McCullough Rogers Funeral Home in Pennsboro, WV.  Burial will follow the service in the Mt. Harmony Masonic Cemetery in Pennsboro, WV.  Visitation will be from 5pm-8pm on Friday at the funeral home.

Patricia Ann Davidson

Patricia Ann Davidson, 76 of Salem departed this life on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on December 23, 1946 in Doddridge County a daughter of the late Homer C. and Phyllis V. Swisher Nicholson.  Her husband of 53 years James Davidson survives.

 Also surviving is one daughter, Teresa Webb, Salem, granddaughter, Cheyenne Rodeheaver, one sister, Ersel Reed, New Milton, and several nieces and nephews.  She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Homer C. Nicholson Jr. “Jr”, Dale Nicholson, Hershel Nicholson, David Nicholson “Davey”, Robert  Joe Nicholson, two sisters, Jeanette Gay Nicholson and Norma Jean Woofter.

 Patricia was a former member of the Indian Fork Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

 Funeral services will be conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 56 Front St. West Union on March 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Roger Fontaine presiding.  Interment will follow in the Masonic Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 4-8 p.m.  Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.spurgeonfunerals.com.  Spurgeon Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Davidson family.
