Operator’s Update — Operator absent
Blandville to West Union Project – Updates and Approvals
EDA Grant was to close out in December with the generator being on sight. Since it is mid December and we haven’t closed anything out we need to get an extension until June 2023. Eric Coberly stated $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 under funding with damages being additional. We have had supply chain issues and with the main boss leaving this has also created delays in this project. Eric Coberly will be going through all items and see what total budget is remaining. It will be split between EDA and DCPSD. Meters should be installed and customers hooked up by our next meeting.
Oxford Phase I Project – Updates and Approvals
We are still not reaching the 80% threshold. January 12th will be our meeting with USDA to discuss this. Allen Harris will be taking Virginia McDonald’s position. Easements need to be wrapped up on this project. Cathy Trent will call Morgan Haymond and get updates on this project.
Rt 23/Tarkiln Project – Updates and Approvals — All permits have been completed with (DOH) for this project. Tank sight agreement needs to be completed as soon as possible.

At 1:45 pm Jennifer Wilt made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel issue. David Kimball seconded. Came out of executive session at 2:10. No action was taken.
David Kimball made a motion to resume regular session. Jennifer Wilt seconded. Motion carried. David Kimball reported that no action was taken during the executive session.
