Dear Editor,
Recently I was confronted with an adverse opinion to a Facebook post.
A picture of two hammers with labels.
One is a 22 oz framing hammer. It is black with a long ergonomic designed handle.
The other was the 16 oz. “Harry Homeowner” Home Depot hammer.
The framing hammer was label “Assault Hammer” the other labeled as “Normal Hammer”.
The post was simply sarcasm of the democrat/liberal posturing about
“assault rifles”.
The same comparison between the two hammers is as ludicrous as the comparison of the M-16 and AR -15.
People need to stop running on emotional issues and stop force feeding their garbage to people who with opposing views know better.
As with most political topics people only what is in the best interest of the “party”.
Others opposing usually have better knowledge based on truth and or facts to back their argument. Because of open minded studying of the issues one can separate emotion expressing fact based opinions.
The closed mind voted during the 2022 midterm election.
The “stay the course” crowd voted the keep buying oil from dictators while shutting down our own drilling operations. (To me it’s the Obama’s agenda.) this costed tens of thousands of jobs. That was good for the economy.
The stupidity of the “climate change,” global warming, Green energy is amazing because our consumption of oil and shutting down our production did not reduce demand. However, the (for lack of a better word) our leadership decided to buy from dictators and war criminals. (Makes me wander whose side they are on).
The same is true of every argument whether it be guns, climate change, supply line, transportation, or the economy.
The Disinformation about the AR-15 has the liberals and Democrats panties in a wad.
The libs are associating the M-16 looks with the AR-15. The M-16 is fully automatic, semi automatic and safe, selective fire firearm.
The AR-15 has only the semi auto fire and safe positions.
Climate change has promoted the premature evolution of the EV auto craze. With all of the EV auto flaws the overly emotional dems and libs are pushing for the elimination of fossil fuels. The EV evolution has proven to be too expensive, and unreliable. The miles per charge has proven to be exaggerated.
Because of the poor management of the covid epidemic the country was in lockdown with the flawed ideas of the CDC (Center for Disease Control) , WHO, (World Health Organization), Fauci and the uninformed in office. (Let’s Go Brandon). These poor choices by those in authorities led to the supply chain debacle.
The uninformed in authority push for children to ride to and from school in electric school buses. So many EV’s have shorted out and we’re fully engulfed in flames in seconds.
Our economy has suffered because of the above mentioned. However, regardless of the issues the dems and libs voted for the continuation of same. Yet they complain of the cost of everything their party promotes.
Go figure!
They claim our country is racially and economically divided. They are correct. They promote the division to remain in power.
I believe two of the greatest dividers are radical religions and politics.
President Biden has radically declared war on the oil industry the first week in office. And the left supported his executive orders.
The only people hurt is the people in the lower and middle class. And the politicians lie about it.
The Afghanistan debacle was executed without removal or destruction of weapons of war. Yet the “Bumbler and Chief” blamed the former President for the poor decisions Biden himself made.
These are examples of the “left’s” policies and projection of the smoke and mirrors to divert from the truth.
Darn! I sound as bad as the liberals beating drums of dissent! (But I’m correct).
On another note how a bout the five days of selection of the House of Representatives.
20 people are sitting on the hands of progress. Congress person Boebert was on Hannity. Sean was trying to ask a question and. Boebert went off on a tear. She was rude, argumentative and evasive. She cut off Sean several times with a total lack of respect.
Had I been in charge of the program I would have cut her off. Just shut her down and take back her bullipulpet. She sounded like a liberal.
I haven’t thanked our dedicated people who keep us safe, protected.
Individuals who are responsive and those who keep our health for a while.
Thank you to the military, the police, the first responders and the medical professionals. You are the best.
