Sheila Ann Davis, 63 of Clarksburg passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at United Hospital Center. Sheila was born on July 11, 1959 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late George W Pete and Margaret Louise Bland Davis.
Sheila loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by a niece that was like a daughter, Barbara J Cain and husband Raymond, their kids, Mercedes and husband Thomas and their son, Exavior, Jazalynn, Gillian, Natasha, Amariah, Rayonna, and Izabella; two brothers, George W Davis Jr of Clarksburg, and Michael Davis of Salem; one half sister, Virginia Bland of Salem, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Lee Davis; one brother, James Davis; one half-brother, Howard Davis, one half-sister, Shirley Potts.
Sheila graduated from Doddridge County High School, Class of 1977. She was a caregiver and retired from REM and she also took care of several family members. Her hobbies were watching TV, especially the Hallmark Channel, doing crafts, listening to country music and loved watching hummingbirds.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home- Salem, 1999 W. Main Street, Salem, on Sunday, December 4 2022 from 1-5PM and on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 10:00AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00AM with Pastor Kenny Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Big Isaac Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to her Funeral Care Fund on her memorial website.
