Blandville to West Union Project – Updates and Approvals
Eric Coberly stated that pigging and flushing should be finished within the next few weeks. Pressure test has been completed and the booster station is fine. After flushing is complete, there will need to be two clear tests showing no bacteria in line before meters can be installed and the line officially put in service.
Oxford Phase I Project – Updates and Approvals — Eric Coberly stated all permits have been finalized. Jennifer Wilt will contact
Morgan Haymond concerning final easements. Construction of the tank site will start in November.
Rt 23/Tarkiln Project – Updates and Approvals– Need to purchase land for tank site. The water purchase agreement still needs to be finalized with Salem. Discussions to resume on land acquisitions, ROWs and easements. Jennifer Wilt will contact PSD attorney concerning water purchase agreement. Jennifer Wilt will contact Morgan Haymond concerning easements and sign-ups. Jennifer Wilt will contact Joe Chico for appraisal estimates for the condemnation process.
