Adam Cheeseman, Superintendent of Schools, said in announcing the Levy, “Since 1947 Doddridge County has supported the Excess Levy. It is the longest running continuous levy in the state.  Doddridge County has always provided for the needs of its children.  This will insure that quality education and technical training will continue for many years to come.”
