Approval of Minutes
Jennifer Wilt made a motion to approve March minutes. David Kimball seconded. Motion carried
Treasurer’s Report Jennifer Wilt made a motion to approve the treasurer report. Herk Conner seconded. Motion carried.

Herk Conner made a motion to pay all accounts payable. David Kimball seconded. Motion carried.
Public comment:
Kevin Short, representing the Sun Valley PSD, was present to discuss SVPSD providing water for the Rt.23/Tarkiln project. SVPSD is not able to provide water for this project at a competitive price. Kevin Short also stated he has sent his resignation in as Head Operator since Rusty Nicholson has all the training needed to become the DCPSD’s Head Operator. There are new lead and copper rules and new CCR regulations Rusty Nicholson needs to become familiar with.

Blandville to West Union Project – Updates and Approvals
Eric Coberly stated Stonegate is not progressing in a timely manner. They have added some extra crews so hopefully this will help.
Oxford Phase I Project – Updates and Approvals
Per Morgan Haymond over 40% of easements are at a standstill at this time. Eric Coberly will re-evaluate the scope of the project and give Haymond a revised list of easements and ROW’s needed.
Rt 23/Tarkiln Project – Updates and Approvals
DOH permit application has been submitted. The Health Department permit application will be submitted once we receive the letter from the City of Salem accepting our request to purchase water from them.
Oxford Phase II Project – Updates and Approvals

Jennifer Wilt made motion to approve Requisition # 20 for a total of $267,980.66 David Kimball seconded. Motion carried
