Tessa Sleeth
Tessa Sleeth is the daughter of Nikki Sleeth of Salem and Randall Sleeth Jr., and she is from the Salem community. She plans on attending West Virginia Wesleyan College in the fall. She has been admitted into the GO-D.O. program. The GO-D.O. Early Scholars Program provides up to 10 incoming students a year with the opportunity to be accepted to medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine before beginning undergrad students. She then plans to specialize in OB/GYN or Family Medicine.
Jack Hutson
Jack Hutson is the son of Scott and Zona Hutson and is from the Salem community. He plans on attending West Virginia University in the fall and majoring in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources in hopes of becoming a wildlife biologist.
3. Jaydah Smith is the daughter of Ernest and Heather Smith and resides in the west Union community. She plans on attending Marshall University in the fall and majoring in Bio mechanics Pre-Physical Therapy.
4. Taylor Davis is the daughter of Destini Davis of west Union and John Davis and resides in the West Union community. She plans on attending West Virginia University in the fall and has been admitted into the Communications Science and Disorders program in the School of Medicine. She plans to continue on to graduate school to become a Speech Language Pathologist.
5. Faith Galagar is the daughter of Florilyn Cade and resides in Salem with Nate and Melissa Hoskinson. She plans on attending west Virginia Junior College in the fall and desires to be an LPN. She then hopes to get her RN.
(Tie)6. Samantha Gray is the daughter of Larry and Irma Gray and is from the West Union community. She plans on attending Pierpont this fall and majoring in Accounting or Health Information Technology.
(Tie)6. Alexxus Paugh is the daughter of James and Tabitha Paugh and is from the West Union community. She plans on attending Pierpont in the fall and majoring in Interior Design.
8. Rylee Spurlock is the daughter of Howard and Amy Spurlock and is from the West Union community. She plans on attending Colorado State University in the fall and majoring in Horticulture.
9 Noah Burnside is the son of Scott and Andrea Burnside and is from the West Union community. He plans on attending West Virginia University in the fall and majoring in Biology. He also wishes to obtain his doctorate at WVU as well and becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon.
10. Richard “RJ” Hunt is the son of Richard and Miranda Hunt and is from the Salem community. He plans on completing an IT internship over the summer and has plans to attend West Virginia Northern and study Information Technology.
