As many are aware, COVID has dealt a devastating blow to the Ross Family, with the death of Linda Ross and the illness of John (her hus- band), Ryan Ross (Son) and George and Sue Ross (Father In Law and Mother In Law).
Through the years the Ross Family have been a huge part of this com- munity, volunteering with 4-H, the schools, emergency squad and firedepartments.
A Go Fund Me account has been set up on line and after discussion, the West Union VFD has decided although they would like to hold and in person fundraiser, they felt it would be better (due to the weather and ill- nesses) to take donations up for the Ross Family through their the Wom- ens Auxiliary of the West Union VFD.
