Juanita Ruth Davis
Juanita Ruth Davis, 82 of New Cumberland formerly of Salem departed this life on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in the home of her son Lloyd. She was born on November 3, 1938 in Doddridge County a daughter of the late Pete and Bertha Nicholson Lattea. On August 17, 1956 she married Raymond Elwood Davis who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters, Rebecca Mae Lang (Clinton), New Cumberland, Anna Marie Winland (Rich), New Cumberland, Mary Jane Williams (Mike) Salem, three sons, Ray Albert Davis (Debbie) Weirton, Lloyd Franklin Davis, New Cumberland, Ronald Lynn Davis, (Cindy) Salem, 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, daughter in law, Kim Davis, Salineville, OH, one sister, Helen Davis, Buckhannon. She is also preceded in death by one son, Frederick Elwood Davis, eight sisters and 6 brothers.
Mrs .Davis was a homemaker and was Baptist by faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be sadly missed.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Harbert Funeral Home 287 W. Main St. Salem on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kenny Lloyd presiding. Interment will follow in the Union Mission Cemetery, New Milton. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.harbertfuneralhome.com.
