TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is happy to have a good report following a very challenging year. Mary Myer of Alma is the WV State Queen of TOPS for losing the most weight to her goal. She received this award at the State Red. Days held in Flatwoods. Amy Myer was also awarded a certificate for 2nd place in Division 9. Our local chapter also received an award for the best average weight loss per member. Allison Myer and Barbara Nicholson also attended.
TOPS meeting are held every Thursday at 1:00PM with weigh-in at 12:30 at the Christian Church Annex. We welcome visitors at any meeting. If you decide to join, your first meeting is free. So come on out and see what TOPS is all about. For more information call 1-304-873-1649.
