Kathleen Edwina Davis
Kathleen Edwina Davis, 95 of West Union departed t his life on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in Bridgeport Health Care Center. She was born on May 8, 1926 in Doddridge County a daughter of the late Averal and Dessie Ash Doak. On October 12, 1946 she married Claude Davis who preceded her in death in 1955.
Surviving are one son, Michael P. Davis (Joyce Maxwell), Greensburg, PA, one granddaughter, Lora Davis Johnson and husband Robert W. III, great grandchildren whom she dearly loved, Liam, Landon, Lexie Ray and Lyndsay Johnson, one niece, Diane Doak, one nephew, Ronnie Carl Doak and two close friends, Tim & Nancy Travis. She was also preceded in death by one son, Steven Davis and four brothers, Howard, Denzil, Carl and Chester Doak.
Kathleen was retired from Salem College with 19 year’s service in the Bookstore as a Clerk. She enjoyed crocheting, working word puzzles and was an avid Steeler’s football fan.
