August7, 2021, two players from the 1944 Doddridge County Football Team met for a visit at the Fairview Resturant, Smithburg. Cline Stansberry (football center) and Glen Roy Willis (right halfback). Both players returned after college to teach at DCHS. Glen Roy WIllis taught English and Math for two years before making a career move as a draftsman designer for Goodyear Aerospace in Akron, Oh.
