Our Currydale CEOS met at the Blandville Park on August 5, 2021, for our annual family picnic and a short meeting.
It was brought up that we needed to vote for the office of president. There were no new nominees. Ann Davis made a motion for the office of president to remain the same with Debbie Crislip. Denise Heater seconded the motion. It was voted and approved for Debbie Crislip to remain as President.
It was decided to meet on October 7, 2021, our regular meeting date, to make apple butter at the Crislip farm. Bring a covered dish to be enjoyed by all for our lunch.
Though no minutes or treasurers report was made, a flower fund was collected.
There were four books read from the purposeful reading list.
Next meeting is September 2, 2021, at the extension office meeting room.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm for everyone to enjoy some delicious food after a blessing was said by Rex Crislip.
There were seven members and four guests in attendance.
The friendship tray brought by Dene Ryan was won by Debbie Crislip.
