Approval of Minutes
David Kimball made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 2021 meeting. Delores Hinterer seconded. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report Delores Hintere made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. David Kimball seconded. Motion carried.

Blandville to West Union Project – Updates and Approvals
All contracts are ready to be signed and dated so we can move forward on this project as soon as bonds, insurance and agreements are approved by the EDA (Philadelphia office). Once approved Snowbird Project will be awarded to Stonegate and we can get started on construction. Jennifer Wilt made a motion to approve Contract Agreement, Delores Hinterer seconded. Motion carried.
Eric Coberly stated the pipe costs have gone up $50,000 on the project and expected to go up again in July. DCPSD probably has enough in contingency to cover the increase.
Sheena Hunt presented Blandville Water Line Extension Project Requisition #11, for a total of $6,436.31 Jennifer Wilt made motion to approve paying invoice. David Kimball seconded. Motion Carried.
Oxford Phase I Project – Updates and Approvals
Cathy Trent will call to get on agenda for the Town of West Union meeting scheduled for July 12, 2021 to discuss the water lines extension for this project.
Rt 23/Tarkiln Project – Updates and Approvals
David Kimball has looked over the preliminary specs and they look good.
Oxford Phase II Project – Updates and Approvals

New Business
Rusty Nicholson requested the Doddridge County Park be charged bulk rate due to the pool being filled with 57,000 gallons from the fire hydrant. Delores Hinterer made motion to charge bulk rate. David Kimball seconded. Motion carried.
