New Business:
* Administration Contract – Doe Run Critical needs project for Sheena Hunt, Region VI to be the Representative for this project.
Mark Younkin made a motion to approve. Colby Jett seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
* Legal Engagement Letter – Doe Run Critical needs project for Attorneys – Kay, Casto & Chaney to be Representatives for this project.
Mark Younkin made a motion to approve. Myla Thorpe seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
Colby Jett made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mark Younkin seconded the motion. Unanimous approval.
