On April 6, 2020, @ 1:30 PM the DC Clerk of the Works, David King and Thrasher representatives met to open the bids for the new Courthouse Annex.
Bids recieved included: Grae-Con at $10,449,000; Ray Con Construction Inc. at $10,219,000; Agsten Construction at $10,193,000; Fairchance Construction Company Inc at $10,125,000 and City Construction Company, Inc at $11,421,000.
The bids are to be presented to the Commission at a future meeting for their consideration and to award the bid.
