Frank Paul Williams, 75 of Salem departed this life on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. He was born in MA on February 17, 1945 a son of the late William and Vera Alvaro Williams. His wife Naomi Crislip Williams survives.
Also surviving are one step daughter, Eunice Taylor and husband Robert E., New Milton, one step son, Mark Cade, Greenwood, one sister, Sylvia Knowton, NH, one brother, Ralphie Williams, MA. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Mr. Williams was the former owner and operator of Festival Steak House in MA and Salem. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Viet Nam. Frank had attended the Open Door Tabernacle.
Funeral services were conducted in the Spurgeon Funeral Home 56 Front St. West Union on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Roger Fontaine presiding. Interment followed in the Union Mission Cemetery. The family received friends in the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. and after 11:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service.
