CEOS News
CEOS Members were treated to a special delivery this week from the Extension Office. A bag full of CEOS goodies delivered by Zona & Linsey right to their front porches. Enjoy everyone and it was so nice to see all of those faces that we’ve missed so much.
Center Point Flyers News
What happens when you give a 4-H Agent a box of WHITE cotton face masks? You Tie Dye them of course! Center Point 4-H’ers learned the importance of wearing a mask to help stop the spread of COVID and then colored up their mask.
SPIN Club Feature of the Week
Cooking: You’re the Chef is a new SPIN Club for Doddridge County Extension this year. In partnership with both Ritchie & Tyler Counties, Tri-County SPIN was formed and is pushing out lots of great activities for club members.
This week we are featuring Jared Swiger. Jared made his first recipe from the Cooking SPIN club recipe books, Easy to Fix Green Beans. He learned about the difference in wet vs. dry ingredients, kitchen safety, practiced his fractions, and how to make a substitution when he didn’t have the exact ingredient the recipe called for.
Looks delicious, Jared. We can’t wait to see what you make next!
