On September 19,2020, Wyatt Gains and his family went to Elkins to participate in the Bear Youth Hunting day after winning one of two chances to hunt with Brothers in the Woods.
The hunt took them to somewhere on Otter Creek on National Forrest lands and where be bagged his first bear, estimating to weigh 120 lbs early in the morning.
Wyatt is the son of Eli and Brandi Gains, Grandson of Sam and Sandy Gains and Pat and Patsy Heaster.
