Press Release: Salem, Wv — It is with regret and sadness that we announce in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, with new cases and more deaths daily, the Salem Apple Butter Festival Board of Directors along with staff and event leaders have voted to postpone the 36th Annual Apple Butter Festival 2020 to October 2021. We will attempt to keep everyone updated as to future dates and events of the festival on our Facebook and web pages. During these trying times faced by all of us as a City, County, State and Nation as well as individually our hope is that all will stay safe and healthy and that this too shall pass.
