JACK “WICK” LAMP

   Jack “Wick” Lamp, 66 of Center Point left an empty space in our hearts on Sunday, April 5, 2020.  He was the son of the late Fred “Jack” Lamp Jr. and Mildred “Muff” Ash Lamp.

   Surviving are his wife, Linda Hoskinson Lamp, sons, Craig Lamp and wife Amber, Cody Lamp and wife Sarah, Brandon Lamp, step daughter, Jessica Lehew and husband J.R. grandchildren, James Lamp, Peytin Lamp, Samantha Lamp, Beau Lamp, Dustin Lehew, sisters, Pat Lamp and Mary Lou Lamp Seti.

   Jack “Wick” graduated from Doddridge County High School in 1972, and after joining the Army he returned home to work in the Tire Industry and retired from Wholesale Tire (Armory Road) as the Commercial Sales Manager in 2019.  He had many interests, Astronomy, making pottery, an avid hunter and fisherman.  Jack was a proud member of the NRA and National Turkey Federation. He loved his family and watching his children become families.  Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
