BRADLEY LEGGETT

   Bradley Leggett, 90, of West Union, WV (Duckworth Rd. Community) went to Heaven to rejoin his beloved wife, Rosemary, on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at his residence.  

   Bradley was born December 11, 1929 in West Union, WV, a son of the late Elmore and Eva (Jones) Leggett.  He was retired from the WV Department of Highways in Doddridge County where he served as a truck driver for many years.  Bradley was also a lifetime farmer who took great pride in his farm and who loved working on his farm.  He was a proud veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War era.  He was a longtime member of the Oxford United Methodist Church and Bradley was a good neighbor and hard worker.  He loved his family and grandchildren dearly.

   He is survived by his loving children, Ethel Kempton; Thomas Leggett; Bradford Leggett; Darrell Leggett; Ray Leggett; Jesse Leggett; Sherry Smith; Nina Boring; Alice Rowe; Luann McCloy; Sandra Todd; Connie Sharpes; Julie Henline, and Donna Hogue.  He also leaves behind his several loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Bradley also leaves behind 1 sister.  

   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary (Hart) Leggett and several brothers and sisters.   

Due to the ongoing health concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, all services will be private.  He will be laid to rest in the Point Pleasant Cemetery in the Oxford Community of Doddridge County.   McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro is assisting the family with the services.
