The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Traffic Delay/Lane Closure on I-79, Exit 125, Saltwell Exit both Northbound &. Southbound Lanes beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. through Friday, March 27, 2020 at 6:00 a.m.
The purpose for the Traffic Delay/Lane Closure is the construction of a new bridge structure on County Route 131 over I-79 North & Southbound Lanes. Various single lane closures will be closed at night from 8:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. on both I-79 Northbound & Southbound. These closures will be night-time only. Alternate routes will be I-79, Exit 124 & County Route 279. Use caution and expect delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute. Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
