We have received additional guidance from Governor Justice regarding the operations  of schools in West Virginia.

School will be closed until at least March 27th, 2020, at which time the Governor will reevaluate the situation.

At Governor’s Justice proclamation, instructional services are to begin Thursday, March 19th, therefore we will begin using our Polar Exploration packets Thursday and Friday, March 19th and 20th and the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, March 23rd through March 25th

Your teacher will be contacting  you tomorrow, Monday, March 16th to discuss delivery of education materials and other items. Delivery of additional education materials will begin on Friday, March 20th

We will continue with MEAL DELIVERY in the following manner: You may pick up your students’ meals (grab and go) at the Doddridge County Middle School from 9:00am to 12:30pm beginning tomorrow, March 16th and continuing thereafter.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 17th busses will also be delivering. Lunch and breakfast in one trip per day to those students who request food delivery. Please email our Child Nutrition Coordinator, Tiffany Curran, at [email protected] or call her at 304-873-2322 to request bus delivery of meals. You will need to meet the bus at the bus stop to pick up your meals. You may also be contacted by School Personnel requesting this information.

These plans are very fluid. We are planning upon the most recent information coming from Governor Justice’s office e. As conditions change, we may have to alter our plans,

Thank-you for your support during this time. We appreciate all the offers of help from the community and now, more than ever, we live out our mission statement: Now is the Time United to Make a Difference.”
